I caused premature bone loss (osteoporosis) during menstruation, but returned irregularities.My my bone density and normal. Never done their best to help my bones now: regular vitamin D from the sun, I'm driving in dietary calcium, exercise regularly, but my bones are responding.They remain as they are (osteoporosis). I am beginning to be concluded that osteoporosis irreversible.Do think I'm right?

Osteoporosis is reversible. Several drugs have recently made available late last year for osteoporosis. Boniva or Fosamax (brand name, generic name alendronate) is prescribed for patients Osteoporisis reverse.
