Looking To Buy A Girls Highland Dance Outfit Outfit Choices??

Outfit choices?? - looking to buy a girls highland dance outfit

Okay, so I will for a concert the night before the 4th July, and it will be Jesse McCartney, Boys Like Girls, Good Charlotte and Metro Station. I'm trying to decide what to wear. I can not buy new clothes. Between these two:

With a flowy top top shirt pink or brown and beautiful Kitson shoes, gray and pink.

2. A black shirt with the name of my favorite house band at a concert in letters of gold and khaki shorts with black converse.

What? Some people say I can a shirt, and some say it's really Teeny Bopper. I know the Jonas Brothers like it when fans make shirts, but idk thesGroups and the same thing. So please, can someone help me? Only 1 or 2 and tell me why, or with any changes. Thank you:)
